I promised that I'd try to update with pictures so here I go...
Here are a few from Layla's Birthday
Layla's birthday was a great success, thanks to everyone that came to celebrate with us! Layla got some new dolls, a crib, a high chair, a stroller...and anything else you could possibly think of that would help a little girl take care of her dolls. Thanks to Aunt Heather for taking pictures...Uncle Nick for helping put things together...Nana, Papa, Mimi, Papa, Ms. Diane, Alicia, Breana, Holly, Hugh, Riley...and if I've forgotten anyone I apologize!!! Thanks.
Thanksgiving was great...we spent the day with Sheldon's parents and invited a couple of friends, Scott & Nicole. It was great!! Food was wonderful and so was the fellowship together. I took my camera and was sure I took pictures, but the truth is...I have no idea what happened to the Thanksgiving pictures so on we go to Christmas.
Christmas seems to get better each year. As the children get older the excitement continues to grow. I love it!! Chancelor is five and understands that Christmas isn't about getting gifts, but more importantly giving. He understands that Christmas is a celebration of Jesus' birth. Layla is two and well...she just wanted to see Santa Claus. We took the kids to see Christmas lights at the Meadows, baked cookies with Mimi, and had a wonderful holiday. Here are some pictures.
Baking cookies was fun!! I have no idea why the kids weren't sick after we were done. They ate so much cookie dough, inhaled flour, ate more cookie dough...well if you've ever had the joy of baking cookies with your children then you know what I'm talking about.
I hope each and everyone had a wonderful holiday filled with family, friends, love, and God!!!
As I leave I will ask that you remember our Pastor in your prayers as he goes through the trials that he as well as others in our church are going through. I ask that you pray every decision that is made regarding these circumstances are of God and that God's Will will be done in all the situations. Thank you so much!!!
Until next time....
God Bless you all!!!
