So busy!

First I want to say, Wow, I can't believe how long it's been since I've updated this. I have been so busy and kept saying man...I gotta update the blog and add the new pictures that I've taken, but....as you can tell I haven't gotten around to doing that yet. As a matter of fact, the pictures are still on my camera. I'm sorry for that and will try to get to that as soon as I can.

I can't tell you how much has been going on the past few weeks. I sometimes feel like every single time I turn around I'm hearing of families grieving. The past two weeks have been full of that. Some families grieving from losing someone close due to sickness and another due to violence. My heart goes out to each and every family that is dealing with this. I know in my heart that God is in control of all things. Things happen for a reason and sometimes we don't always understand, but God ALWAYS knows what he's doing.

This past week I read a blog The life of Jacob Fahmer. I can not begin to tell anyone how blessed I was by this blog. If you haven't read it please do, but be prepared for a roller coaster of emotions. I realized by reading this how thankful I am for everything I have in my life. My attitude hasn't always reflected that and I pray that God will help me change that. I praise God for my children and all the blessings he bestows upon us. I pray that God will bless anyone that reads this and allows each and everyone of us to take a look at our life and be willing to make the necessary changes, to be what God intends for us to be.
