So this week has been much like every other week of our life...BUSY! Between work, daycare, church, ect. we have been on the go. On Wednesday nights, Chancelor normally wants to stay with Papa, Sheldon's dad. Of course this past Wednesday was no different. Sheldon's dad had already called us and wanted to know if it was all right if Chance stayed and told me to pack clothes he could get dirty in. They were going to work in the garden. So Chance was really excited. On Thursday afternoon when we got there to pick Chance up, of course he was black from head to toe. He told Sheldon and I that he had 'the work' all over him. I guess that's the new thing when you are dirty.
Layla has this new saying 'hey boy' it's really funny to hear her say it, but let me tell you Sheldon HATES it! He said he was already going to have to worry about her saying that when she was thirteen and he didn't want to hear her saying that at 18 months. The other day I was telling her no for something and she informed me, 'I da baby' I replied back to her that she was a big girl and she stomped her foot and said 'I da baby' She already wants to argue. This should get interesting. She's always saying new things that sometimes I can't help but laugh. It's funny how fast they grow up. Sad actually! Oh well, that's what kids do!!!
We went to eat at the Mai Tai with Sheldon's parents Thursday night, and I was sure before we left that Chance and Layla would eat everything off the buffet bar. Those kids eat like there's no tomorrow. I finally took their plates for fear they were going to be sick.
So Chancelor went to stay with his dad this weekend and he always has something to tell me when he gets back. He got here and was asleep so I took him right
to his bed so he could get out his nap. When he woke up he told that his daddy took him to Walmart and while they were in there he told his daddy he wanted to go fishing. He said that his daddy told him no because Walmart was out of fishing poles. Chancelor said that he told his daddy he just saw some fishing poles and knew where they were. Well, his daddy told him that the ones he saw were to big, Chance needed a little one. You know how kids are, Chancelor told him that he knew how to use big fishing poles because he uses big ones on his Nana's boat. I was about to laugh when Chancelor got this serious look on his face. He said, 'mama my daddy tell a story about them fishing poles, cause I saw 15 of them in Walmart. That ain't nice is it?'
Until next time we hope you all have a wonderful week and may God bless you all!!!

Them sure are some cute Pictures of Layla and Sterlin. She is something else. Mama talked about her all week long! Really enjoying reading about the events that take place!
Oh I almost forgot......the things that Chance says.....I do not think there is another child that can think of the things that he does to talk about and say. It just amazes me! Even though I read these every time you post them, I always find myself coming back throughout the week and reading them over again just for a good laugh! Thanks for that Chance! Remember Aunt Heather loves you!
